Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beso88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. beso88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify beso88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
beso88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. beso88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
beso88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your beso88 wallet instantly. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. beso88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which beso88 accepts no responsibility.
GCash withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. beso88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your beso88 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the beso88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
beso88 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, beso88 may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

The beso88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. beso88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
beso88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the beso88 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
beso88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Filipino players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. beso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure due to Terms breach.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the beso88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting beso88 support. beso88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent beso88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
beso88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, beso88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the beso88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
